A neo-Baroque mansion from the 1910s-1920s sets the stage for this Soho members’ house, where Fettle studio’s design channels the neighbourhood’s golden years. Rooftop views sweep across the Soho skyline, whilst six to eight floors house private studies for teams of 4 to 40. The building’s concept draws from Maslow’s theory of human motivation, creating spaces where occupiers can connect and collaborate across lounges, event areas, and breakout zones.
A rooftop bar and restaurant invite guests to converge after hours, complemented by a gym and fitness studio for wellness-focused workdays. High-speed wifi, bike storage, and receptionist services support daily operations, whilst privacy booths and kitchen facilities foster creativity. Positioned behind Regent Street with transport links nearby, the space blends heritage character with curated programming to build community amongst Soho’s creative businesses.
