Pavilion Kensington is a serviced and coworking space over six floors at 96 Kensington High Street, directly opposite High Street Kensington station on the Circle and District lines. It shares
the building with The Ivy Kensington Brasserie, and the interiors are finished to a high standard, with original artworks throughout by artists including Laurence Edwards and Bruce Munro. The
range runs from hot desks and single pods to private offices and larger suites.
Pavilion has run a high-end workspace since 2011 and takes a hospitality-led approach: serviced lounges, room service and soundproofed phone booths sit alongside meeting rooms and
showers. The setting is one of West London’s better-connected retail streets, with coffee shops, restaurants, banks and hotels on the doorstep and Kensington Gardens a short walk north. Hot
desks start from around £275 a month. It suits executives and small teams that want a polished Kensington base with an occasional-use option.
