One Heddon Street is a multi-floor flexible workspace in a Crown Estate-owned building just off Regent Street, sitting on the boundary of Mayfair, Soho and St James’s. The building runs from the second to the sixth floor and is designed to the WELL Building Standard, covering natural light, air quality, acoustics, thermal comfort, and biodiversity. Each floor has planted trees, and there is a living wall and an indoor garden. Fresh air supply runs at 50% above the minimum recommended rate.
The offer runs from individual Resident desk memberships with allocated sit/stand desks through to Team Spaces accommodating 2 to 32 people. All members share access to focus booths, communal seating, phone booths, meeting rooms, a roof terrace and a second-floor event space. The on-site Little Green Cafe provides food, drinks and catering daily. An in-house team manages the space and runs a wellbeing and events programme for members. Day passes are available for occasional users.
Being a Crown Estate Workplaces member also brings access to the wider Regent Street estate community: seasonal events and public realm installations, the Park to Park initiative linking Regent’s Park and St James’s Park, and estate-wide networking. Regent Street, Carnaby Street, Bond Street and Savile Row are all within a few minutes on foot.
