London’s first dedicated digital health workspace brings together startups, NHS innovators, health charities, and grassroots organisations at the heart of the SC1 health innovation cluster. Backed by Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation, Health Foundry has supported over 100 digital health organisations since opening in 2016, building a community of 190 members. Hot desks, fixed desks, two combinable meeting rooms, and a main event space keep the offering intentionally focused on ideas over square footage.Â
A curated programme of industry events, expert one-to-ones, and sector discussions helps members connect and collaborate within a network that extends across King’s Health Partners and South London’s research universities. The charity-backed model keeps rates genuinely accessible. A garden, showers, bike storage, and 24-hour access support varied schedules. Waterloo station and Lambeth North converge within easy walking distance, placing occupiers where they can create real impact.Â
