The Green House London is a fully serviced, award-winning eco workspace on Cambridge Heath Road in Bethnal Green. The building holds a BREEAM Excellent rating and Energy Performance Certificate rating of A. Designed by architects Waugh Thistleton, the building was conceived specifically to meet demand for flexible, affordable workspace from social change organisations in East London.
The social enterprise model means fair, all-inclusive pricing and truly flexible contracts without long-term commitments. This reflects Ethical Property’s philosophy of supporting purpose-driven businesses since 1998. Extracting maximum commercial returns isn’t the goal. This impact workspace serves charities, NGOs, campaign groups, social enterprises, and mission-driven businesses.
Meeting rooms and communal spaces run throughout the building. On the upper floors, there is a living roof garden and a large south-facing roof terrace. Occupiers include Global Witness, Earthsight and Sustain: The Alliance for Better Food and Farming.
