Eleven Brindleyplace

Brindleyplace is the address Birmingham built for professional services, a canalside estate off Broad Street that pulled the city's law, finance and consultancy firms west of the centre through the 1990s and has held them since. Eleven Brindleyplace, at 2 Brunswick Square, B1, is one of its office buildings, and Chadwick runs serviced suites across it.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing is what occupiers notice first here, pulling daylight deep into the floors in a way most refitted city-centre stock cannot manage, and the communal areas have been renovated recently. A variety of meeting rooms are bookable on site, alongside a staffed reception, breakout space, cycle storage and showers, all on a fixed monthly all-inclusive fee. New Street is a short walk, the tram stops are closer still, and the bars, galleries, hotels and health clubs of the estate are at the door.
