About Chadwick Flexspace Solutions
Workspace Philosophy & Overview
Chadwick Flexspace Solutions works the regions rather than London. Its fifteen centres cluster most around the Severn estuary, with four in Bristol and four in Cardiff, then run west to Taunton and Bridgwater on the M5, south to Poole, north to Birmingham's Brindleyplace and east to Farnham in Surrey and Ashford in Kent. The buildings are deliberately varied: two landmark city towers, a canalside Birmingham estate address, two business parks beside the M4 and M5 interchange, a Grade II listed country house in South Gloucestershire and a self-contained listed building in a Surrey market town.
The commercial proposition is the same everywhere and is the reason to shortlist them: one fixed monthly all-inclusive fee covering rent, rates, service charge, utilities, furniture, fibre, phones, reception, cleaning, security, maintenance, statutory compliance and insurance, on flexible terms with room to expand or contract. A fair wear and tear policy removes the dilapidations sting at the end. Thirteen centres are serviced, taking anything from a single desk to 180 people; Beta House in Bristol and Merck House in Poole are managed only, fitted out to the occupier's own brand from 1,615 sq ft upwards. Almost every centre has parking, which matters in the regional markets Chadwick serves.
