The Vineyards Business Centre is an independent, owner-managed flexible workspace in Primrose Hill, north London, opened in 2007 and recently fully refurbished. The building at 36 Gloucester Avenue is a member of the Flexible Space Association and offers a range of workspace options from single-day hot desks through to private offices for teams of up to 10.
The centre positions itself as a high-quality, deliberately unbranded space, giving occupiers the freedom to personalise their offices with their own artwork, furniture and fit-out. All suites are air-conditioned and benefit from good natural light. The building has 14 private office suites ranging from 110 to 450 sq ft, plus shared coworking space, two meeting rooms and a virtual office service.
Catering for meetings is provided through a partnership with the local Gail’s Bakery. Network infrastructure runs on gigabit fibre with Cisco, Aruba and Ruckus systems, with each client on a dedicated, isolated wired and wireless network. Receptionist and PA services are available as add-ons. A virtual office package with a Primrose Hill NW1 address is available from GBP150 per quarter.
