The Crown Estate Workplaces is the flexible office arm of The Crown Estate, one of the UK’s largest landowners and managers of the Regent Street and St James’s estates in central London. The Crown Estate returns all net profit to the Treasury and has generated over GBP4.1 billion for public finances over the past decade.
The Workplaces business offers flexible membership packages in Crown Estate-owned buildings in the Regent Street portfolio. Members benefit from proximity to the estate’s broader programme of events, public realm improvements and community initiatives, including seasonal installations, the Park to Park project linking Regent’s Park and St James’s Park, and access to estate-wide networking. Power is supplied through a partnership with GB Energy.
Sustainability is central to the proposition. Buildings are designed to WELL Building Standard principles, covering natural light, air quality, acoustic performance, thermal comfort, biodiversity and water. The Crown Estate is targeting net-zero operations and has committed GBP10 million to an Environment Fund supporting sustainable farming across its rural estate.
