A former bus depot transformed into a makerspace where digital fabrication tools and workshops help makers and creatives bring ideas to life. Skylights flood the single-storey building with natural light, creating an inspiring environment to collaborate and experiment. London Fields Overground sits nearby, connecting occupiers to the wider East London scene.
Twenty-two studios and offices accommodate anywhere from solo makers to teams of fifty. Digital fabrication equipment enables occupiers to create prototypes and finished pieces on-site. The Main Hall provides flexible space for events and gatherings where the local community can converge. Co-working areas encourage spontaneous conversations and shared projects. This is where creativity meets practical making, with professional workshops supporting everything from small-scale craft to ambitious builds. The retrofit design honours the building’s industrial heritage whilst providing modern facilities for today’s independent makers and creative businesses.
