West Ham Lane, E15, runs off the Broadway a few minutes from Stratford station, where the Central and Jubilee lines, the Elizabeth line, the DLR, the Overground and National Rail all converge, and central London is around nine minutes away on the Tube. Westfield Stratford City and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park are both walkable, which gives members somewhere to take a client, eat lunch or get outside without leaving the postcode.

The offer is coworking rather than serviced offices: hot desks from £15 a day, a two-person hub from £30 a half day, dedicated desks from £195 a month, meeting rooms for six to eight people, and a private office for teams of up to eight. Every membership includes 24/7 access, unlimited wifi and daily cleaning, with no long contract to sign. Facilities cover a kitchenette, showers, lockers, cloakrooms, printing, breakout space, bike storage, a staffed service desk, a discount at the on-site deli and coffee shop, and access to the neighbouring aparthotel. Workinc is part of Parklane Property Group, a Leeds-based property and leisure business, and has said it intends to open further UK locations.
