Three tiers are published, from £40 plus VAT for flexible day space, £400 plus VAT for a dedicated workspace and £1,000 plus VAT for a private lockable suite, all on flexible agreements with wifi, utilities, cleaning, CCTV, 24/7 mobile door entry, refreshments and a business address included. For an independent practitioner, that removes the bills and the lease in one step, and it prices against renting a room by the hour in a salon rather than against a desk in a coworking lounge.
